This is an in-person presentation. Please arrive a few minutes early. Your markers are not named in advance — who is on the panel can change up to the day. If you cannot make this time, contact the teaching team as soon as possible.
No presentation time has been allocated to you yet. The schedule has been published for the rest of the class, so please contact the teaching team.
Mark your presentation availability
First tell us the day you would like to be finished by, then paint the calendar: pick a colour, and click or drag across the grid. Drag over a slot again in the same colour to clear it. Blank means you can attend but have no particular preference.
Submissions are closed, but yours have been reopened. The teaching team has let you change your answers. Please save them as soon as you can — this is open for you only.
Submissions are closed. The teaching team has locked the timetable, so your answers can no longer be changed. What you see below is what was recorded. Please contact the teaching team if something is wrong.
The day you pick counts as one you can do — choosing Wednesday means Wednesday or any day before it, not Tuesday at the latest. This is a preference, not a booking: we cannot promise it, but we will try to satisfy as many of these as possible, and we weigh it above the individual time slots you mark as preferred below. If what matters is finishing early rather than the time of day, answer this and leave the grid alone.
Tip: on a phone, drag with one finger. Keyboard: use Tab to move between slots and press Space to paint one in the selected colour. Every column is a real presentation date. Both the day you asked to be finished by and the slots you painted as preferred are soft constraints — we will try to honour them, but cannot promise to.

Swap with another student
Found someone willing to trade presentation times? Agree it with them first, then name them below. Only one of you needs to send the request. We work through swap requests once a week: we will email both of you, and we can only make the swap once you have both replied to agree.
